E1P Series Economical Hot Die Forging Press

- Entire steel welded frame with carbon dioxide arc welding; stress relieved after welding and machining; entire tempering and blasting with high rigidity .

- Specific eccentric shaft structure with short pivot distance and high rigidity.

- Steel welded slide operated within frame guide; eightface high intensity frame with high guide accuracy and high strong eccentric load resistance capacity; available for multi-station forging.

- Imported hydraulic overload protector is adopted inside slide. it is unloaded immediately, slide is stopped and meanwhile electrical signal is sent if press is overloaded to protect press and dies.

- Separated dry type pneumatic friction clutch brake with big transmitted torque and large output; easy for installation and maintenance.

- E1P-xxxS type press with three-stage drive customized for specific process demand.
