WFP Series Warm Forging Press

- Crown and column welded structure; entire cast steel of slide and bed; pre-tighened by tie rod bolts; entire press with high intensity; forging piece with high accuracy.

- Herringbone gear of high strength alloy steel for stable drive performance with low noise.

- Separated type pneumatic friction clutch brake; imported wet type clutch is optional.

- Eight-face rectangle lengthened guide with strong load deflection resistance capacity.

- Overload protector with high sensitivity is adopted.

- Thread adjusting of shut height adjustment for stability and reliability.

- Forced progressive oil lubrication system of main lubrication with distributor operations monitored.

- Optional mech. Or hydr. lower knockout.
